Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation when your order ships.
Domestic delivery options and estimates
Estimated total delivery times below include both our 1 to 5 business day processing time and carrier transit time:
Economy: $5.90 for packages up to 5 lb, or $19.90 for packages over 5 lb through 70 lb. Estimated total delivery time is 6 to 13 business days.
Standard: $9.90. Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Estimated total delivery time is 4 to 9 business days.
Express: $39.90. Estimated total delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping charges and available options are displayed at checkout based on the order value, package weight, and destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed because carrier delays can occur.
Local pickup
Local pickup is not currently available. Orders must use an available shipping option at checkout.
International shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International checkout is not currently available.
Tracking and support
Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to display tracking activity. If tracking has not updated within 7 calendar days after your shipping confirmation, or your shipment is overdue based on the selected delivery estimate, contact support@agelesshumans.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
